Deine Aufgaben

Bearbeitung der laufenden Buchhaltung für mehrere Gesellschaften
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS
Kontenpflege und -abstimmung mit Fokus auf Debitoren (Mahnwesen)
Zusammenarbeit mit externen und internen Experten für verschiedene steuerliche Prozesse
Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen
Unterstützung bei Implementierung neuer Tools / Systeme in der Buchhaltung
Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung interner Compliance Prozesse
Uns ist der persönliche Austausch im Team wichtig – daher ist hybrides Arbeiten mit zwei festen Präsenztagen pro Woche vorgesehen

Dein Profil

abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Rechnungswesen oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Finance bevorzugt mit Bezug zum Themengebiet Rechnungswesen
sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insb. Excel), Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP Systemen und im Idealfall mit Finance relevanter Software (Power BI, JIRA, Salesforce etc.)
gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Your Mission

Handling ongoing accounting tasks for multiple entities
Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
Maintaining and reconciling accounts with a focus on accounts receivable (including dunning processes)
Collaborating with internal and external experts on various tax-related processes
Preparing VAT advance returns
Creating outgoing invoices
Supporting the implementation of new tools and systems in the accounting department
Documenting and further developing internal compliance processes
We value personal interaction within the team – therefore, this role follows a hybrid working model with two mandatory on-site days per week

Your profile

A degree in business administration with a focus on finance or accounting, or a commercial vocational qualification
At least 3 years of experience in finance, preferably with a focus on accounting
Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel), experience with ERP systems, and ideally with finance-related software (e.g., Power BI, JIRA, Salesforce)
Good to very good English skills
