Your Mission
As a Network Planning Manager you will be part of a dedicated team focused on developing projects across of our markets (United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Germany)
Your mission in the on-street EV charging business is to design and implement a strategic roadmap for charging infrastructure deployment that maximizes accessibility, utilization, and profitability while supporting the transition to sustainable mobility. This role ensures that every location decision is data-driven, aligned with regulatory frameworks, and optimized for user convenience, grid capacity, and long-term network growth. By combining market intelligence, urban planning principles, and stakeholder collaboration, the Network Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping a reliable, equitable, and future-ready EV charging ecosystem.
In addition, you will take full ownership of utilization management, driving strategies that optimize resource allocation and deliver measurable impact across our network.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain ubitricity’s location selection strategy, ensuring it supports utilization targets and long-term profitability.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Identify and leverage the most relevant market data, tools, and insights to implement the strategy across multiple markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Project Support: Define commercial rollout strategies for new projects in line with bid commitments and coordinate closely with rollout teams.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to network optimization initiatives, analyze performance data, and implement lessons learned from existing projects.
Knowledge Sharing: Maintain documentation and deliver internal training to ensure best practices are embedded across the organization.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Identify and leverage the most relevant market data, tools, and insights to implement the strategy across multiple markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Maintain a prioritized list of Tier 1 cities and provide input on tender participation (Go/No-Go decisions).
- Partner with commercial teams to structure compelling offers for cities, including charge point types, rollout strategies, and utilization assumptions.
Project Support: Define commercial rollout strategies for new projects in line with bid commitments and coordinate closely with rollout teams.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to network optimization initiatives, analyze performance data, and implement lessons learned from existing projects.
