We're focused on delivering the right charge points at the right time and place. As the UK’s leading public EV charging provider, ubitricity collaborates with local authorities to install and operate charging solutions for electric vehicles in public spaces. 
For a rapid expansion of the charging infrastructure, we provide lamppost, AC fast, and DC rapid charge point operations in Germany, the UK, France, and the Netherlands. By being a part as a Product Manager in our Ecosystem team, you will contribute to the advancement of e-mobility and the establishment of an efficient and accessible charging network for everyone.

Your Mission

Built and evolve ecosystem services and integration that connect teams, markets and suppliers - ensuring seamless operations, clear alignment and continuous improvement across a complex.

Your Tasks

  • Drive development of key ecosystem components, integrations and services.
  • Translate business and technical needs into clear requirements and concise user stories.
  • Coordinate API and system integrations across internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Prioritize work using value‑based frameworks in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Manage Budgets for development initiatives and Design
  • Empower local markets with tooling, documentation and support; unblock issues when needed in a lean setup.
  • Work closely with engineers on a daily basis to clarify scope, answer questions, and make implementation trade-offs
  • Drive scrum processes in a software development team, coordinate related working packages with internal colleagues
  • Take responsibility for product quality in your area and continuously improve how product work is planned, shipped, and maintained
  • Facilitate alignment with Software, Hardware, Operations, Commercial and partners.
  • Support iterative delivery, small pilots and continuous improvement of ecosystem capabilities.

Your profile

Your Profile
  • 3+ years as a Technical Product Manager or similar (platforms, APIs, integrations, internal tools).
  • Strong technical literacy (APIs, data flows, system interactions, integration basics).
  • Clear, structured communicator able to bridge engineering, operations and business teams.
  • Data‑driven problem solver with strong analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable in complex, multi‑stakeholder service environments.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic and adaptable in a lean, evolving organisation.
  • Language: English C1 required; German is a plus.
  • Nice to have: experience in EV, energy, IoT or hardware‑software ecosystems.
